Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Norway, Switzerland, South Africa, Turkey, Russia, Serbia, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.

Shipping to German islands is excluded.

No shipping takes place to the following foreign islands: Azores, Madeira Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat rate of €4.50 per order for shipping costs. We deliver for orders over €80.00 free shipping .

Different costs apply for express shipping. Express shipping with next day delivery €25. The order must be received by us by 1 p.m. so that it can be registered in time and then delivered on the next working day.

The combination of express shipping and payment by cash on delivery is excluded by the shipping service provider and therefore cannot be offered.

Delivery of download products:

There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium).

Download products will be sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction), unless they are available as a download link on our website. You can download download products via a link provided by email.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 4-6 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Payment terms

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options:

- Cash on pickup
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Payment by cash on delivery (plus cash on delivery fee of 2 €, there are also 2 € delivery fees, which you do not have to pay to us, but to the delivery person directly)

- Payment by credit card (When paying by credit card we charge a fee of 2.9% of the value of the goods)

- Payment via PayPal (When paying with PayPal we charge a fee of 1.9% of the value of the goods)

- Payment via immidate transfer

- Klarna installment purchase

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:

- Advance payment by bank transfer

- Cash on pickup

- Payment by credit card (When paying by credit card we charge a fee of 2.9% of the value of the goods)

- Payment via PayPal (When paying with PayPal we charge a fee of 1.9% of the value of the goods)
